Beautiful Light price: everything official, and why no figure is confirmed
No store shows a Beautiful Light price yet, on Steam or on Epic. The only figures Deep Worlds ever published date from April 2023: 39.99 euros for the Standard Edition and 69.99 for a Supporter Edition.

No price is confirmed for Beautiful Light. The store pages show none, and the only figures the studio has ever published date from April 2023, more than three years before the planned Early Access launch.

The only official figures
In its FAQ published on Steam on 21 April 2023, Deep Worlds gave two numbers: 39.99 euros for the standard version and 69.99 euros for a Supporter Edition, using France as the reference market.
Three things have changed since:
- The release plan moved. That same FAQ talked about a demo in mid 2025 and Early Access at the end of 2025. Early Access is now set for December 2026.
- The game grew. Two maps, six playable anomaly slots, a skill tree, a rebuilt raid loop: the 2026 game is not the one priced in 2023.
- The studio has not repeated the figures, in any dev update since.
So treat 39.99 euros as an old intention, not the launch price. It is the number to keep in mind, not the number to plan around.
What an Early Access price usually looks like
This is context, not information from Deep Worlds. Extraction shooters in Early Access have tended to sit between 20 and 40 euros, and games that ship with a supporter or founder pack usually place it at roughly twice the base price, which is exactly the 2023 ratio here. Deep Worlds has said nothing about discounts, bundles or a free weekend.
What we still do not know
- The Early Access price, on Steam or Epic
- Whether the Supporter Edition still exists, and what it would contain
- Whether the price changes when the game leaves Early Access, which is common
- Regional pricing outside the euro
Where the price will show up first
On the store pages themselves. Deep Worlds publishes everything through its Steam page and its Discord, and a price becomes visible on Steam as soon as the release date is set. Our watch checks the store listing every three hours, so the day it appears, it lands on this site and in the news.
For the launch window, see the release date page, and for the whole picture, our article on what Deep Worlds has said about price.
